1) Download MediaCoder? and Install

3) Click File, Add File, Select your input file
4) Click File, Set Output FIle, name your file and the output location.
While doing this, make sure that you click on your file and it is highlighted.
5) Click File, Load a Preset, (Select Good, Better, Best Preset)
