===== Wirecast =====

  * When using Wirecast to play back many MP4 files, video playback will be very slow, stuttery or jumpy.  This is a bug in wirecast and/or Quicktime.  This happens most commonly under Windows.  Playback of wmv files is generally smooth under Windows.  Solution: [[avidemux-baseline|re-encode videos used by wirecast to h.264 baseline]].  

===== Mobile Streaming =====

  * Video stutters when playing back on iOS devices or desktop devices not supporting hardware acceleration.  Solution: use h.264 baseline profile instead of Main.
